As the leaders of Minoan clans, players are responsible for the development of the first European civilization. Build cities, monuments, and other buildings, open new trade routes, expand your territory, and fend off hostile tribes. Plan your moves with the clan council and conduct research to make your actions more effective than those of your opponents. You have only four rounds to earn the prestigious title of Minos.

Select dice and place them on action spaces to optimize your options. With lower-value dice, you can secure stronger actions, while higher-value dice will help you advance on the progress track and gain bonus benefits. During the action phase, each player selects their dice from highest to lowest and performs the planned actions. Players also use development cards that have immediate effects and provide lasting benefits when certain conditions are met.
